In A Complete Examination of Middlesex, New York-based street photographer Bruce Gilden (born 1946) captures the diversity of characters populating the streets of London. In color and black and white, Gilden's snapshots present the viewer with shots of the isolated hands, feet and faces of passersby. In 2011, Bruce Gilden was commissioned by the Archive of Modern Conflict to photograph the people and places of London.
