War has ravaged humanity for so long that entire civilizations are being driven to extinction. Yet the fighting continues. In the wake of worldwide devastation, surviving nations accuse Kosalia, a dwindling world power, of utilizing a bioengineered human weapon in direct violation of the last standing international laws. However, Kosalia has no "human weapon" to surrender. They're not hiding it-they cannot hide anything in the state they've been ground into. Nobody in the country has any recollection of such a weapon, but the evidence is there. The whole world witnessed the calamity and demands justice for the atrocities committed. In an abandoned mansion far outside of any civilization, a man wakes up in critical condition, and with absolutely no memory of anything at all.
