Botany With Friends

Five students. One school garden. An entire semester to figure out what they're doing. When Trent, Lester, Kaylaris, Amalia, and Kurtis sign up for Botany, growing a few plants sounds simple enough. It isn't. Under the guidance of the endlessly pun-loving Mr. Twiggums, the five friends become the Green Guardians, transforming an empty patch of soil into a living garden of tomatoes, cabbage, herbs, flowers, and one increasingly ridiculous pumpkin. But growing a garden means more than planting seeds and waiting. There are insects to identify, diseases to diagnose, plants to support, unpredictable weather to handle, and plenty of mistakes to learn from. And with the highly organized Precision Planters growing a garden of their own, a friendly classroom rivalry soon gives everyone another reason to succeed.Funny, educational, and filled with friendship, Botany With Friends blends real gardening and plant science with a character-driven story about curiosity, teamwork, patience, and discovering just how much can grow from something as small as a seed.Perfect for young readers, families, classrooms, homeschoolers, and anyone who's ever wondered what might happen if they planted something and simply gave it a chance to grow.Plant it. Grow it. Learn it. Together.
