Blood of the Moonforged

Mira Vale, a young woman raised in secrecy, discovers on her eighteenth birthday that she is the last descendant of the legendary Moonforged bloodline when the moon turns red and a mysterious silver sword awakens to her touch. Born beneath a blood moon with a magical crescent-and-seven-stars mark, Mira was hunted as an infant by the High King's soldiers, who feared her blood could destroy kingdoms, forcing her mother Elara to flee and hide her true identity for eighteen years. When the soldiers finally find them, Mira learns that her mother has been protecting a powerful secret connected to her unknown father, an ancient city destroyed beneath a red moon, and a legendary forge where the Moonforged Blade was created. As Mira begins awakening extraordinary powers through the sword, she and Elara race toward the ancient forge while the king's army pursues them, determined to uncover the truth about Mira's bloodline and why the return of the Moonforged could change the fate of the entire kingdom.
