Bigfoot Inferno

Two apex predators. One burning valley. And a blood feud only extinction can settle. When a wildfire explodes across a remote Cascade valley, the five survivors of veteran crew chief Ryan Briggs's twenty-man team stagger out of the flames with an impossible story: after a tragic accident that put two species at violent odds, something in the smoke tore fifteen firefighters apart in a single night. Something that walks upright. Something that kills. The creatures are being scorched out of a homeland their kind has marked for generations, sacred groves in ashes, territory devoured, their dead buried in ground the flames take anyway. The firefighters happen upon a group of hikers also trying to escape the fire, and as a group the humans are herded down a dying valley by two enemies at once: an intelligence in the trees that blocks every trail, and a firestorm that closes in with every passing moment. Men and monsters, two tribes locked into conflict, both being hunted by a force of nature that neither can withstand. The fire doesn't care who started the war. It's here to finish everything. A savage, relentless creature-horror thriller of survival, sacrifice, and vengeance. Perfect for readers of sasquatch horror, wilderness survival thrillers, and creature features with bite.
