Beschrijving

Bol Kent Brody, the PI, discovers that his office has been ransacked. When assessing the damage, his PA, Maggie Burns, suggests that Kent hire her friend, Wendy Brennan, to assist with the cleanup. Evidence is found indicating the mafia is responsible, and they have also taken over San Francisco's Little Italy. The break-in is an unsuccessful attempt to gain information for one of Kent's clients. Through computer hacking, Kent is forced to provide the mafia with proof of the client's assets. The mafia don seeks the hacker's name, but the hacker's identity remains confidential. Requiring a hack of his own, the don abducts both Maggie and Wendy. Finding themselves victims held against their will and threatened with bodily harm, the women attempt an escape, finding themselves in a desperate situation.
