Dictator-for-Life Máximo Mandamás is at his wits' end what with his nagging wife, the ubiquitous traffic gridlock, and the daily protests at the gates of the Presidential Palace. He must come up with a distraction to save his regime. While part-time prostitute Paola Labios protests for human rights, of all things, Max invents a crisis. He convinces American ambassador Richard Dix, alias "Two Dicks," that there are communists behind every tree in Aguacate Province. Kiwi Airways Pilot and CIA operative Steve Steele enlists some delinquents to form a brigade and fight the next war against the "godless commies" while Paola plots to stop him. Will Paola succeed?
