"Is There Time or Not?" This is a fundamental problem of Science and Practice, around which there are numerous discussions that have not found an answer. For many years, I have been engaged in this task, which is a puzzle. The book is an attempt to answer! Now, after several comments and advice from my friends, I decided to publish a book in English in order, on the one hand, to familiarize a wider audience with the results of my research, and on the other, to excite a large conservative team of relativists to the last "Battle with Timelessness"!
