Beasts of Extinction Shaped by Darkness

They say knowledge is power. But nobody warns you of the actual cost.I wanted answers, about who I am, what I am. But I wasn't ready for the truth.I'm supposed to be powerful, one of the last of my kind... yet I have never felt more helpless. I've let people down. My bonds are cracking. And the ones I love keep getting hurt. I won't keep letting that happen. No matter what it takes or who I have to turn to for help.Even if that means turning to Ryker. They say he's a monster. Maybe they're right. But I'm not afraid of him. He knows what I am up against better than anyone. He was raised by the very thing I am trying to kill. They followed me here. And if I have to follow Lyle into the Darkness to save him.... Then I will.Even if it means losing myself along the way.
