To recreate this magical moment and place, I wanted a dreamy, very textured perfume. I worked a hot sand accord, composed of Australian organic sandalwood, tonka bean, and a touch of Egyptian cumin, which gives it a sensual warmth. To make it more complex and sophisticated and elegant, I chiseled a cocktail of spices (Guatemalan cardamom, Ceylon cinnamon and Indonesian nutmeg) on a Turkish rose absolute.
