Baby Hayes the Fatted Calf

Koty and Keaton, two brothers, were in search of something that mattered most to them. In their search, they both find what truly matters. Their dad was a very rich man with a large heart toward his sons. He wanted both boys to be happy. Koty was a very selfish child who thought he could find it going on extravagant hunts. Koty asked his dad for all his inheritance. The dad hesitated a little but eventually gave him all of it. Off he went on his hunt. He soon realized it wasn't what he was looking for, with all the emptiness he felt, not to mention that he was starving. He had to return home. His dad was waiting for his return and welcomed him home with open arms. He was even willing to sacrifice Baby Hayes, the fatted calf. Keaton thought it was the farm and the love he had for all his animals, especially the one he had raised and loved. Baby Hayes was his favorite.Keaton didn't mind that he was left home to do all the work. When Keaton realized the dad wanted to sacrifice Baby Hayes, the fatted calf, for his brother, he wouldn't hear of it. He ran to hide him. He was soon shocked at the willingness of Baby Hayes to be sacrificed with joy for Koty's return to the family.
