Aware Mind

AWARE MIND is not an ordinary book. This book is written to remind you that although we are living life, most of the time we are not truly living in awareness. We walk, speak, and work- but our attention is somewhere else. This lack of awareness becomes the root of small accidents, wrong decisions, stress, fear, and inner restlessness. This book does not try to teach you- instead, it gives you a way to look at your own life. Where there is attention, there is safety- this is the core message of the book.Through simple, everyday-life examples, the book explains how an aware mind changes habits, loosens fear and anxiety, lightens relationships, and makes life safer, calmer, and clearer. AWARE MIND is for those who do not want to change life- but want to live it consciously.
