AutoCAD for Beginners

The main difficulty in learning a high-end software is that its extent is virtually infinite and a beginner has no clue as to where to start and how to proceed. The available books also are generally in handbook style - a lot of information, but no step-by-step guidance, starting from very beginning. This makes self-learning extremely difficult and time-consuming.. The present book addresses this issue only. It is presented in a textbook style, meant to be read cover-to-cover, in the same sequence. It starts from very basic concepts and gradually builds over it to cover the complexities. No external help in the form of another book or an instructor is needed. The descriptions are concise, but sufficiently detailed. No previous exposure to AutoCAD is assumed. One week's study is more than sufficient for covering the entire book. In fact, one would be able to start drawing simple figures within a couple of hours. Learning would be so smooth and enjoyable. The book is in color, for a better reading experience.
