Trigger Arrow breaks out of prison to go after his son and daughter for turning him in at the end of the war three years ago for revenge. His son and daughter have friends who help protect them while working with the FBI to catch him. The son, Hayden, and the daughter, Julia, have such fear of their father, especially on what he would do if he caught them. Their friend Jesse doesn't want to be part of this, but the others convince him. While going after Arrow, the friends have a little adventure in the mission, traveling through New Mexico and Arizona by going down Jesse's memory lane.
