Approaching Priesthood is not a comprehensive study of the Priesthood of God, something that cannot be accomplished by mortal beings. It is however, a study of different aspects of the priesthood which God has condescended to confer on men. It contains quotations from past presidents of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints along with many scriptural citations from the standard works of the Church--King James version of the bible, Book of Mormon, Pearl of Great Price and the Doctrine & Covenants. As the author of this work I claim no standing as an authority representing the Church thus, my opinions are my own.
