Anxie the Hedgehog aims to give children (and their adults!) some valuable tools, wrapped up in an adventure story, to help them recognise and tame their anxiety. The hero of this tale is Andy, an ordinary young hedgehog, living a happy and carefree life in the meadow of Aterra. One day, his home is invaded by a gaggle of envious geese, forcing Andy, his family and his friends to seek shelter in a long-lost underground fortress.Andy goes through some tough times and starts to struggle with anxiety.
