Anesthesia and the Central Nervous System

Papers presented at the 38th Annual Postgraduate Course in Anesthesiology, February 19-23, 1993 "Anaesthesia and the Central Nervous System", is a textbook for a postgraduate course as well as a reference for all anaesthesiologists which presents many of the latest concepts in anaesthesiology within a brief formal presentation. An outstanding faculty presents topics relating to the biochemistry, physiology, and pharmacology of the nervous system, the anaesthetic management of intracranial and spinal cord surgery, and the intensive care management of central nervous system disease.
