An Interdisciplinary Linguistic Analysis across Genres

The book introduces the linguistic approach across genres as medical , political ,religious data. Many linguistic theories are applied to get insights and make the texts more comprehensible. The book consists of four chapters: the first one introduces genre analysis of covid editorials ;the second chapter presents socio-pragmatic analysis of Iraqi president ;the third one aims to present the contrastive analysis of presupposition in English and Arabic Texts. The last chapter presents a phonological theoretical backgrounds to sounds in English and Arabic.
