In his late 20s, Ken set his career ambitions on being an instructor but after many years in the field he found that he had a very limited view of the possible jobs in education. His only experience with formal education was limited to his days as a student in Canadian K-12 and university classrooms. Only mainstream jobs in public school, tutoring, or Early Childhood Education were posted. In his 30 years as an instructor he experienced many teaching positions that he never knew existed. These positions were accompanied with unique challenges and adventures described in this book.
