Alongside Jesus

I live now not with my own life but with the life of Christ who lives in me. Galatians 2:20Paul's teaching in Galatians reminds us that we do not exist entirely on our own but in the constant presence of the one who taught us how to live as God wants us to live.Such an awareness brings the gospel message to everything we do - our values, our lifestyles, our relationships, our fundamental choices in life. It also requires us to reflectfrequently on gospel teaching to assure ourselves that we are taking seriously the living presence of the Messiah in our lives.Alongside Jesus is a resource for those reflections. It acknowledges the time limitations of readers, offering short, two minute promptings to help us respond in faith and prayer to the Christ who lives in us.
