Alcon is a young boy who has special powers. He can talk to dogs. Alcon and his friends travel through space on a rescue adventure. The evil scientist, Tarak, plans to harm all the dogs on Canistra. Alcon and his friends travel to Canistra to stop Tarak's evil plans.
