Alabama Mud Pies

Summers in Alabama means sunshine, laughter, family, and plenty of mud! Victoria is excited when her cousins, Tia and Cedar, came to visit from North Carolina to spend the summer at their Grandma Ida Claire's house. Together, the three cousins spend their days making mud pies, mud pizzas, mud cakes, and towering mud castles while creating memories they'll never forget. But when one muddy creation takes an unexpected flight, an ordinary summer afternoon turns into a hilarious misunderstanding that has everyone wondering what really happened. Based on a true story and filled with laughter, family fun, and a delightful case of mistaken identity, Alabama Mud Pies is a charming story that reminds young readers that things aren't always what they seem and that some of the best summer memories are made with cousins, a little imagination, and a whole lot of mud.
