Règlement européen sur l’intelligence artificielle L’Union européenne s’est récemment dotée d’un Règlement sur l’intelligence artificielle (plus connu sous son appellation anglaise « EU AI Act »). Le Règlement est entré en vigueur le 1er août 2024. Il vise à favoriser un développement et un déploiement responsables de l’intelligence artificielle dans toute l’UE. Pour vous aider à mieux comprendre ce texte d’importance, ce codex reprend les différents articles du texte législatif en y associant à chaque fois les considérants qui les expliquent et/ou les commentent. Om u te helpen deze belangrijke tekst beter te begrijpen, neemt deze codex de verschillende artikelen van de wettekst op, waarbij telkens een verband wordt gelegd met de overwegingen die ze toelichten en/of becommentariëren.
