After the eclipse

A white stone. A voice that should not exist. A memory that may not be telling the truth.Eight years after the death of her sister Irene, geologist Lía Moreno has learned to live with the past.Until, on the volcanic coast of Tenerife, she finds a strange white stone. When she picks it up, it begins to pulse.Three beats. A pause. One.And then Lía hears something impossible. Her sister's voice. What begins as an inexplicable discovery soon leads far beyond Tenerife. Across distant corners of the world, people who have never met begin encountering the same pattern, the same strange phenomena and the traces of an organisation that seems to know exactly what is happening. As Lía searches for answers, one question becomes increasingly difficult to ignore: What if our memories are not as reliable - or as private - as we believe? After the Eclipse is an atmospheric psychological mystery thriller that travels from volcanic islands and ancient temples to mines, reefs and remote landscapes, exploring memory, grief, guilt and the stories we tell ourselves in order to survive. Some things can be forgotten.Others are simply waiting to be remembered.
