Advanced Spanish

Advanced Spanish is intended for English speakers who already communicate in Spanish. Its methodology takes advantage of the similarities between Spanish and English to present the new language as a sister language. You will be guided to learn that even the most advanced Spanish is not so foreign. The book is organized in eight chapters to cover the topics that are frequently obstacles for proficiency in the language. Subjunctive, the distinction between ser and estar, or between preterite and imperfect past, are examples. The last chapter provides rules and hints to make learning new words more efficient, a process that will continuously enrich your language. Advanced Spanish can serve as a reference book for consultation once you are no longer actively learning. Advanced Spanish doesn't require any audiovisual material. With your enthusiasm for the language, self-educated students can learn from home or on the go using exercises and frequently asked questions.
