This is a book on one of the most important people in the Bible, Abraham Each chapter of this book contains four parts. The first part is a description of Abraham's life. The second is a look at key words in Scripture that describe God. This is because Abraham's story is actually the story of God in action to fulfill his promise of a Savior. The third presents everything Jesus and the New Testament writers said about Abraham. The passages show how they used Abraham to explain our New Testament faith and life. The fourth part contains hypothetical conversations between various characters, real and imaginary. These conversations illustrate what people in Abraham's camp might have been thinking and talking about as they watched what was happening in his life.
