It is one thousand years in the future. The entire world has become divided into three tyrannical nuclear superpower states. The governing body running the show is known as The World's Authority of Thermonuclear States (T.W.A.T.S.), and when they achieved world domination approximately one hundred years ago, monarchies and democracies ceased to exist, and a new world order (another one) began.The power-hungry Commanders-in-Chief of this organisation (also referred to by the same name) are Donald Trump (UA leader), Tony Blair (EF leader), and Xi Jinping (RC leader). They were all resurrected using cryopreservation technology.As the world faces almost certain destruction from a thermo-nuclear war, with each leader vying to become the supreme ruler and the ever-growing threat of robots taking over the world, not to mention the outbreak of a deadly virus and other scientific calamities, can the outlawed rebel leader, Ivor Jefferies and his fellow Welsh comrades put an end to the tyranny and regain the democratic freedoms their ancestors once enjoyed?If they are to succeed, they must first break into the European Federation's high-security scientific laboratory for cryogenics, located on the outskirts of District 1 (former Brussels), and bring the eloquent former Welsh Labour leader, Neil Kinnock, back to life - surely he must be able to talk sense into the three despotic leaders and bring about a fair and democratic way of life once more?
