The Kentucky Mesh Fly Rug offers utmost protection against any insect. This makes it the perfect rug for horses with very sensitive skin. The rug is featured with a special triangle closure. This closure relieves pressure on the horse’s chest and withers, therefore it’s very comfortable during grazing. For extra comfort and protection, we included a detachable neckpiece. The fly rug is made from a dense structured mesh fabric, which keeps most bugs off. The mesh is extremely strong and will be an ideal field companion for many summers. The fabric is flat on the inside, this has a soft feeling and makes sure that no hairs will stick to the rug. Thanks to the light color of the rug, it will reflect the sunrays and does not absorb heat. The fine mesh still allows air permeability. The mane, chest and tail area are lined with a smooth polyester to avoid rubbing.
