Uvex Exxential III Mips

The Uvex Exxential III Mips sets new standards in lightness, comfort, and safety. As a sporty all-rounder, this model is equipped with the Multi-Directional Impact Protection System (MIPS), which provides extra protection against rotational forces in lateral or oblique impacts. With the combination of the lightness of an in-mould helmet and the proven MIPS, the Uvex Exxential III Mips offers unparalleled safety. The MIPS system, developed in Sweden, is designed to protect the brain from rotational movements in the event of an accident, thanks to a movable second shell that sits between the inner lining and the outer shell of the helmet. The helmet can be adjusted in height and width with the uvex 3D IAS system for an optimal fit. A safety plus is that in the event of a fall at an angle, the rotational force is not transferred to the head but is absorbed by the movement of the MIPS inner shell. The ergonomic helmet design with a low-cut helmet shell at the back provides extra impact protection.
