During shock/impact, the air squeezes out through the extremely breathable lining and ventilation holes. Thus, your horse is optimally protected against shock. The outside contains a hard shell that optimally protects the inside of the ball from ironing. In addition, the outside is lined with highly breathable mesh to keep the horses legs well fresh eb cool.   Closures:Proper closures are also hugely important. If the protector is too loose, it can cause chafing, but if it is too tight, it can impede blood flow. The wide double Velcro closure is very sturdy and can be tightened in just the right place for a perfect fit.
